As a dear friend said recently, "There's so much fooliness going on right now." That's a great way to put it. With everything going on in the world today, plus the stigma that can sometimes come with discussing mental health, I want to be part of the solution. While coaching is not therapy, it can often help uncover narratives we have been telling ourselves or stories that no longer serve us, but are so ingrained that it's hard to let go of them. While many clients come to me thinking they want to change jobs, we often will do some work together to validate that is genuinely how they wish to proceed. Sometimes we uncover dissatisfaction in another area of their life, and once that's addressed, the desire to change roles diminishes. Could you or someone you know benefit from executive coaching? Let's chat!
Happy 2nd Birthday, Starr Leadership Group

Two years ago, I did a thing. I created an LLC, bought some website domains, opened a business bank account, and applied for a business credit card. I didn't start seeing clients until July 2023, but creating the business was a significant step toward fulfilling my dream of owning my own business. I can't believe it's been two years. |
I love the work and the lifestyle. As a lifelong learner, there is much to learn and develop in coaching and facilitating adult learning. I am so grateful for my network and partnerships, which built the foundation for Starr Leadership. I appreciate every referral you all have sent. Whether we work together or not, it's an opportunity to practice my offers (it is not easy to sell yourself!) and learn about the market.
I read recently that the best way to support small businesses is through referrals and amplifying their social media content. That is so true! Please continue to send referrals my way, and enjoy a small token of appreciation if we work together.
